AFLUNOX^® PFPE Oils

AFLUNOX^® is a colorless, odorless perfluoropolyether (PFPE) oil produced by UNIMATEC. It has a unique branched-chain structure, with polymer chains that contain pendent trifluoromethyl groups (–CF₃) and is composed solely of carbon, fluorine, and oxygen. Due to the strength of the carbon-fluorine bond, the PFPE chain structure is highly protected, making it extremely inert. This imparts unique characteristics to the material.
